On February 27th, I attended the Go Getter Girls Network Unstoppable Summit. This year's theme was "Making Power Moves". What a powerful day it was!

Participants heard one keynote address, chose among six breakout sessions and heard from a panel of experts. Of course there was a continental breakfast and a delicious three course luncheon.

The morning keynote address was given by Leslie Alvarez. Her topic was "Imposter Syndrome or Human Nature". She explored the connection between your health, mindset and success.

After lunch, a panel composed of Lea Chehade, Laura Burgess and me answered a variety of questions about "The 2026 Success Formula - Scale with Strategy, Build Your Network & Strengthen Your Mindset". I was honored to be a part of this group of business strategy experts.

Throughout the day, participants chose three out of six breakout sessions. Here are the topics and presenters:

"7 Free Google Tools to Run Your Business" given by Kalie Kinsella showed attendees practical systems for tracking follow-ups, tasks, and appointments so nothing falls through the cracks.

"Find Your Power in the Pause" given by Britney Page showed attendees how to break free from burnout by learning how stress affects performance and how to complete the stress cycle for lasting resilience.

"The Art & Science of AI Content" given by Tatiana Rodriguez showed attendees how to build trust with clients and drive leads through intentional strategy

"Top Ten Mistakes Women Business Owners Make" given by Julie Lavan, Esq. taught attendees how to lead with confidence by creating a clear plan, negotiating effectively, and recognizing their true value.

"Profit Power: The Hidden Strength in Your Numbers" given by Denise VanNoy helped attendees gain financial confidence through practical insights on cash flow, profit, and key numbers every business owner should track.

"Smart Marketing: Budgeting & Tracking Performance" given by Jennifer Wiggins showed attendees how to create a results-driven marketing plan that aligns with their business goals and helps them spend smarter, not harder.

The day was filled with excitement and opportunities to network through focused activities. There were also vendor tables to highlight the many offers GGG members provide.

One of the highlights of the day was the awarding of the GGG School Scholarship Grant and a GGG Business Grant. In addition, CEO Kathy Connor presented different members with levels of achievement. I was honored to receive the 2026 Go Getter Girls Network Connector Award!

Attending "Making Power Moves" was a day to learn, to expand networking and to simply enjoy our time together. It is an event each year that should not be missed!
